Hockey-Team.com and Customer Agreement.

Agreement
By accepting this agreement you acknowledge that you have read and understood the rules, regulations, and other text outlined here. This is an agreement between you the representative for a "Hockey Team" and "Hockey-Team.com" a division of Sarcee Trail Software, 152 Everglen Way S.W. Calgary, Alberta, T2Y 5G2.

Mission Statement
The purpose of “Hockey-Team.com", is to provide amateur hockey teams with limited budgets, a professionally designed and programmed content management website which otherwise would be unaffordable to most teams. We have designed the hockey-team.com program to be a fully functional set of content management tools allowing a hockey team administrator(s) to update their "Hockey Team" website with up to date statistics, stories, listings, events, photos and other.

You may cancel your hockey-team website, within 30 days from the date your hockey-team website is set up, and receive a full refund,  minus a $ 19.95  setting-up fees. After 30 days has expired no refunds will be offered.

Design, Layout, and Application
All designs, layouts, templates, and graphics used on “Hockey-Team.com" websites are the sole property of “Hockey-Team.com". The customers "Hockey Team" is granted use of the design and layout they choose during the duration of your " Hockey Team’s” website. "Hockey Team’s” must have copyright ownership of Logos supplied by the "Hockey Team" for use on the "Hockey Team’s” website and will remain the "Hockey Team’s” property. Photos, images, and text placed on the "Hockey Team’s” website by the "Hockey Team" remain the property of the “Hockey Team". All content on the Hockey-Team.com main website including but not limited to photos, images, text and graphics are the property of Hockey-Team.com. All programming, database, and application development used on "Hockey Team" websites and the main “Hockey-Team.com" website is solely the copyright of Sarcee Trail Software.

During set-up you the "Hockey Team’s” representative will be asked team colors, team name, team division and will be asked to choose a design from our design templates. Setting up a new team website requires time by our professional designers and programmers to customize the site to the team’s colors, logo, type, and choice of design. This is free provided  a team signs up for 6 months, or 1 year plans. After the "Hockey Team’s” website is set-up, a "Hockey Team" may change design, colors, logo, and team headings (name and division of team) however there is small fee for these extra changes. Please see our fee schedule for additional changes after the team has been set-up. A "Hockey Team’s” website will be set-up within 24 hours but may take up to two business days from the time a "Hockey Team’s” representative submits the  set-up information depending on the amount of work required for the initial set-up.

Content
All content must be of a hockey related and family oriented nature. Any profanity, threats, language of a racist or hateful nature or other text or images deemed inappropriate for family viewing or reading shall be immediately deleted and the offending hockey team website will be issued a warning. Three warnings will constitute removal of the "Hockey Team" website with no refund. All images placed on "Hockey Team" websites must be of a family oriented nature and should be directly related to hockey in some way. e.g.) pictures of a hockey game, hockey party, hockey event. Any images of a lewd, violent, or suggestive nature or images that contain "adult content" or deemed inappropriate nature for family viewing shall be removed immediately and a warning will be issued. All content placed on your "Hockey Team" website must either have 1.) Copyright ownership by your team, OR be public domain, OR have written permission by the copyright owner. Any copyright infringement of text or images will be removed and the team will be given a warning. e.g.) placing a photo or artwork of Bobby Orr would be copyright infringement (unless of course you had his written permission). As the representative of a "Hockey Team" it is your responsibility to ensure all content on your "Hockey Team" website does not violate international copyright laws. In extreme cases where content placed on a hockey team website is unlawful, Hockey-Team.com will remove the site immediately and if necessary cooperate with investigating authorities.

Hockey-Team.com will not be held responsible for incorrect information displayed on any of the "Hockey Team" websites. Adding, editing, and deleting content (statistics, photos, stories and all other content) on the "Hockey Team’s” website is solely the responsibility of the individual "Hockey Team’s”. Hockey-team.com will not be held responsible for incorrect or incomplete content on a "Hockey Team" website.

Upon sign up for a "Hockey Team" website you will be given a password to enter the hockey team’s administration "Coaches Control Center ". By sharing this password with others you authorize they may enter the "Coaches Control Center” area. e.g. you may wish for one person to be responsible for adding photos and another for adding game statistics. You are responsible for content added, edited, or deleted by all persons you share the password with. If for some reason you need your password changed due to security reasons please notify hockey-team.com.

Prior to your hockey team’s expiration date you will be notified with the option of continuing by paying for one of the 6 months, or 1 year packages, OR continue on a month to month basis at 19.95 per month. If a team’s paid term expires there is a 7 days grace period before the team website is removed from the web. 1 month after the site term expires, the site and its contents will be completely deleted from the hockey-team.com database.

Refund Policy
A team has 30 days from date of the website completed to cancel if they so wish. If a team cancels before the first 30 days all money will be refunded minus a $ 19.95  setting-up fees. There is no refund beyond the first 30 days from the date the website is completed. If a hockey team is in violation of the rules and regulations and has been given three warnings it will be removed and there will be no refund at any time.

Privacy
Hockey-Team.com does not sell, rent, lend or otherwise distribute information about it's customers to any one. From time to time Hockey-Team.com sends announcements to it's customers in regards to new or improved features, services, products, or points of interest directly related to hockey. If a hockey team does not wish to receive these announcements simply enter "remove" in the subject line and you will no longer receive these announcements. Any personal or contact information such as but not limited to phone numbers and e-mail addresses which a "Hockey Team" places on its "Hockey Team" website is viewable by the public. It is solely the responsibility of individual "Hockey Team’s” to use due diligence and determine which information they want public. Hockey-Team.com is not responsible for any soliciting, correspondence, or contact received by a "Hockey Team" or its associated members due to information a hockey team places on its "Hockey Team" website.

By continuing the sign-up process you authorize that you have read, understood, and accept the above, rules, regulations, and policies of Hockey-Team.com and that you are authorized by the "Hockey Team" to set up and maintain the "Hockey Team’s website.
